David C. Wims, Esq. is an experienced attorney and litigator.  Mr. Wims holds a B.A., Psychology, from Ohio University; M.A., Psychology from Cleveland State University; and a J.D. from Cleveland State University, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.  Mr. Wims has been licensed to practice law in New York since 2004.  He has litigated in state and federal courts and acted as counsel to individuals, small businesses and several Fortune 500 corporations.  In addition to being an attorney, Mr. Wims is trained formally in the use of statistics and has vast experience applying statistics in the litigation context, including but not limited to disparate/adverse impact analyses, compensation analyses, standard deviation analyses, Chi-Square, T-tests and multiple regression analyses.
